Ingredients from lamb and bison to vegetables are from Montana ranches and farms and organic when available. Each is prepared by hand and with great care. This commitment to handcrafted dishes has expanded to the sushi menu. Our sushi chefs prepare dishes in the authentic, traditional Korean and Japanese styles, with a selection of quality fish, choice ingredients, and diverse flavors.
The restaurant includes a full bar, featuring signature cocktails with fresh fruit and herbs, international and local beers, and a carefully curated wine list. Our staff is happy to suggest wine pairings with your meals.
